Today we have been into town. Suzie was collecting her costume for the musical she is performing in. I am so relieved that she is happy with what she has been allocated! Then we went to our favourite store, I need a new note book for the quotes that I like to keep ... but it has to be the right note book. Unfortunately, I didn't find it. There was an air of people doing Christmas shopping already and I could feel a certain panic rising in me because I wasn't. Anyway next we did the weekly food shopping. For some reason today, things were being accidentally knocked off shelves in more than one shop, glass was breaking and staff were rushing around. Thankfully it was nothing to do with us.
Normally I like to scuttle back home without seeing anyone I know. Very unsociable of me! But today I saw a couple of people and I have to admit that their smiles and brief conversation made the day a little brighter.
And here's someone who always brightens my day...Robbie Robin.
